Progresso Souper You Review and Giveaway

Have you ever had French Onion Soup in a restaurant? Our local restaurant has a cup of it for $4.99. That is a lot of money for one cup of soup. And you don't even know how many calories it has in it. Progresso Soup now has French Onion Soup with 50 calories a serving. 2 servings in a can make the total 100 calories for a whole can. If you make your own croutons, you already know how many calories are in them.

So instead of $4.99 for a meal with heaven only knows how many calories, for less than $2.00- you can totally count your calories. Way cool. It really tastes good, too. It's almost like a guilty pleasure, because you can't taste that the soup is so healthy.

Here's the deal- Progresso Soup and MyBlogSpark have offered me the chance to try some of their soups. I jumped right on that. Progresso is really loved in my household.

They also offered me the chance to give one of my followers a prize pack which will contain this- A Progresso Soup Mug, A digital jump rope, and coupons for 2 of your favorite soups. How cool is that?

Let's get down to the nitty gritty, here. For the first entry, you must be a follower, and tell me your favorite Progresso Soup- or which flavor you would like to try.

1.One extra entry for following me on twitter- leave a comment with your username.

2.One entry for tweeting. Leave a comment with your tweet. If you would like to, you can copy and paste this- "Win Progress Soup Prize Pack from @litefoot873 http://donnaisbiggestloser.blogspot.com/2010/01/progresso-souper-you-review-and.html Plz RT" You can do this one time each day.

3.Three separate entries for posting on a blog. Please leave three separate comments.

4.One entry for leaving a comment on any other post, including those on my sister site Donna's Book Reviews . Just leave a comment telling where you left your comment. ( This includes giveaways, as well.)

5.One entry for faving me on technorati-jst leave a comment with your username.

6.For those who do not blog or tweet, here is an extra way to enter. Email three people about this giveaway and CC me as well. Than leave a comment.

This giveaway will last until Sunday, February 7, 2010, at 11:59 pm. The winner will be picked by Random.org, and posted here. When you leave your first comment, please either leave your email like this- myname (@) hotmail.com, or have it visible in your profile. I will be posting the name of the winner, and emailing them as well.

After I have posted and emailed the winner, they will have 48 hours in which to reply so that I can forward their information to The Sponsor.

Good Luck!

Full Disclosure: I did not get paid for posting this. I did, however, receive product for review purposes from Progresso Soup and MyBlogSpark. They are the ones providing the gift pack for the winner.

Back on The Wagon?

So, yeah, I know I haven't been active on this blog. That is partly because I haven't been following my diet in a long time.
In all fairness, though, I have been busy. Not too busy to take care of my health. An idiot I am.
Oddly enough, I actually weighed just a little bit less than the last time I wrote. That's good, but I wonder how much I would have lost if I had followed my diet faithfully.
Okay, so I have to climb back on the diet wagon.
I need to eat healthy and start to exercise once more. If I can, I will also start going back to T.O.P.S. It seems like the right time to start being healthy. The beginning of the new year, and all that.
So here is my New Year's Resolution. I want to lose one pound a week this year. That should get me down to 250 by this time next year. I could certainly use all the encouragement you can give me.
Help me by holding me accountable to myself. Do you have a New Years Resolution? Would you like to share it? Do you need encouragement? A kick in the pants? We can all help one another out.
